Upper Respiratory Tract Cough, Dry Throat, Ear Pain, Diarrhea, Body Ache. How To Recover?

Hello, I m a 38 year old active female and Ive been unwell for over a week - started with very upper respiratory tract cough , dry sticky throat , slight ear pain and lethargy. Moved on to more lethargy (sleeping in the day), nausea and now diahhroea. Cough is still there but never really amounted to full blown cough. Also achy body, especially shoulders and arms. Thank you.
