I have a question about my upper thigh, groin area. I play hockey. 5 times a week, for 2 hours. The season started about a month ago, but I started getting pain in my upper thigh, groin area about 2 weeks ago. At one point last week I could barely lift it while I was sitting, or standing. i sat out for practice for about 4 days, and the pain went away. I went to practice yesterday, and the pain came back. Today during practice, I fell, and felt a sort of tearing/popping. It is throbbing right now, and I don t know if it is a hernia . PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
