Upset Tummy, Sore Throat And Glands, Fever, White Coating On Throat. Treatment?

I woke up two days ago with an upset tummy...then next day I was fine....the day after that my throat and glands were so sore on my right hand side till I couldnt swallow ,hours later fever persued.....went to sleep woke up next morning slight fever and the pain switched to the left side...now there is a white film on the left side of my throat and the pain still persist...I can barely swallow
