Uterus Ultrasound Done. Small Myoma Along Posterior Wall Of Uterus. How To Treat It?

My USG report says that my uterus is normal, anteverted, endometrial is normal. Endometrial thickness is 7.7 mm. A small nodular hypoechoic lesion (1.05 x 0.94 cm.) is seen along posterior wall of uterus. Uterus measures 8.36 x 5.39 x 4.45 cm. No mass is noted along Cervix . The right & left ovaries are normal in size, shape, outline and echotexture. Right ovary measures 2.13 x 1.45 cm. Left ovary measures 2.75 x 1.12 cm. P.O.D: No collection is seen. No adnexal mass is seen. Impression: Small myoma along posterior wall of uterus. Please advise me. What should I do??

Thanks for your query. NOTHING TO BE DONE for such a small myoma, they are common benign lesions of uterus, it wont cause any problem to you.
