Hello
I am Dr Ravinder sharma. On the basis of the information provided you are suffering from eustachian tube block or secretory otitis media. Eustachian tube connects ear and throat and if it gets blocked it may lead to these symptoms. You will require ENT sonsultation and a tympanometry for the diagnosis. Foe the time being I can advise you for decongestant nasal spray and stem inhalation. I hope this answrs your concern. Feel free to contact me if you require more information about it
