Vein Hard, Raised, Sore Under Armpit. Pain, Cramped Feeling, Got Strained While Using Weights. Remedy?

Hi There, Underneath my right armpit my vein is hard and raised it feels sore, and i have had some mild pains in my arm and a cramped feeling which comes and goes? Im going to the doctors tomorrow,i think i strained it during an arerobics class, i was using hand held weights and put them down as my arms felt tired, but it wasnt till a few days after it felt uncomfortable? Hi.I would suggest ruling out thrombophlebitis,and localised muscle tear/damage .A visit to the doctor may help,he can examine you and rule out any local infections and lymphadenopathy around the armpit.The strain or tear will take some time,Rest,Ice pack applied for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours will help till you cam see your doctor.
