Hi I am 45 years old female married for 12 years with no kids I did Myomyectomy two years back and because I had sever vaginal bleeding which did not improve after the operation , recently I have vertigo and cannot drive my car I feel dizzy over the esclator & while driving My Hb is between 10-12 and my ferritin from 3-7 I did MRI brain and the finding as below: FEW TINY HYPERINTENSE t2w & FLAIR signal intensity foci are seen within the SUBCORTICAL DEEP WHITE MATTER Impression: FEW TINY BRIGHT FOCI SUBCORTICAL DEEP WHITE MATTER IN WHICH CHANGES SECONDARY TO VASCULAR MIAGRAIN ARE LIKELY mANY THANKS mY EMAIL IS YYYY@YYYY
