Viral Fever. On Levolin, T Minic. Expect Signs Of Improvement?
my twins are suffering from viral. both have temperature/ fever throughout the day and night. My pediatritian has prescribed Levolin, T minic, crocin syrup and advent forte 457 mg. m giving this medicine since last last two days except advent but no signs of improvement. One of my twins is very down. i just read in one of the article that Advent forte 457 shoudl only be given to kids above 6 years of age. Kindly advise.

You have forgotton to mention the age and weight of your babies.
Adventforte contains amoxyl 400 mgs and clevulanic acid 57 mgs.
It can definitely be given for your child- it is an antibiotic that can be safely used in even smaller infants. Only the dose has to be adjusted as per weight of the baby.All the best
