Dear user, you need to undergo upper GI endoscopy to find out the source of blood in vomitus. it could be an ulcer in stomach, tears in oesophagus (mallory-weiss tears), oesophageal varices (swollen blood vessels in food pipe). The last mentioned condition is usually associated with liver cirrhosis, which may have other symptoms such as nausea vomiting, fatigue, weight loss, enlarged abdomen due to fluid collection (you have mentioned it), disturbed sleep, altered menstrual cycle etc. So you also need to undergo USG abdomen to find out the cause of abdominal enlargement and liver function tests to rule out any liver disease. So please consult a gastroenterologist
