Vomiting, Pain In Right Lower Side. Prescribed Cinaflox, Nitaxom, Electrolyte. Should I Go To A Hospital?
My daughter is in peru and has been vomiting and now has pain in her right lower side, traveling down her right leg. She has seen a doc who gave her a jab for the sickness (which stopped) he also gave her cinaflox, nitaxom, grsuol and electrolite. he is seeing her again now as she has developed this pain. no sickness, no temp just the pain. please advise what it may be and what he is likely to diagnose at this stage. will she need to go to hospital?
hi, may be your child is having appendicitis, kindly ask him meet doctor urgently and get USG, Total Count and differential count done to rule out appendicitis. otherwise symptomatic treatment is sufficient.
wishing him good health
