Want A Diet Plan To Lose Wight Especially From The Stomach Portion
Hi Dr, I am Deepa . my age is 19 And female . I have a very serious about my weight . my weight is 70.I have a so much extra mucles in hip , stomach and buttock region . i Took so many diet plans , exercise and yoga . But yet i did nt reduce my weight. So please help me to reduce my weight

you have to do it regularly .results will not come in day
- do regular excercise. specially cardio(sprint, running)
-yoga and pranayam very helpful
- have small and frequent foods.
-avoid oily saturated fat like . use sunflower oil for cooking .avoid chocolate,ice cream,pizza etc
- take more fruits and green leafy veg and salads
-take food atleast 2 hour before food in night.
-take good sleep
- avoid stress if after doing these you will not achieve then consult your doctor for some other hormonal problem.

as you r 19yrs old dont follow any diet plan start morning walk, take heavy breakfast as good as lunch, take lunch n dinner as you wish but use half plate of salad n one glass of any juice before you find weight loss, n you feel lighter n better after 15 to 20 days

only diet plan is not enought to reduce the weight.
to know wat the cause for incresing weight is atmost important.
once go for thyroid test done and hormone blood test done so that we can treat accordingly and plan your diet.
apart from cause you should aviod food rich in carbs and fats.avoid bakery items,ice creams and all fatty oily food
have a balanced diet.dont skip meals and dont prefer dieting which will ultimately weaken your immune system,rather prefer 4 to 5 small meals instead of full 3 meals.
