Hi there, I am just over 100kgs and I m desparate to lose weight. I m not on an eating plan as I just dont know where to start, but I try no/low to eat carbs. I just dont know whether I should continue on this path or try something different. I have been on this diet before and I lost a lot of weight, but I put it all back on. I am a member of the gym and I am going during my lunch breaks. The same as most people, I want to lose weight now, but I have to be realistic. I have an overall goal weight, but for now, I really want to lose weight for Christmas - I just dont know what to do?! Could you please please help me go in the right direction? Do I carry on with the way I am going or change... of so, what do I change to? Thank you so much!
