Was Golfing, Struck Ground On Swing, Muscle Pain In Upper Back, Neck, Rib Cage, Using Recliner, No Relief.
Was golfing, 9 days ago, struck the ground on a swing; now much muscle pain in upper back, neck, rib cage . cannot lie down to sleep, am using recliner. Medicating with Aleve . Physio assessment worsened everything. What do you recommend I do? Have seen my GP. I had side effects to Vimoro.Didn t realize there was a charge involved here. now can t get off the site. Sorry!

All that is required is complete rest. and hot fomentation and rubbing of anti-inflamatory gels to affected areas after fomentation. It will take a few days of rest to restore muscles. Gradually begin light activity to return to very gradual work outs later.
