Was On Crutches, Walking Boots After Spraining Ankle. Still Have Numbness In Toes. Is This Normal Progress?

I missed a step and wound up with a sprained ankle with avulsion in the talar neck. I was NWB for two weeks, on crutches for one more and in a walking boot for a full four weeks. I just started walking unaided last week. It is now five weeks and though I feel improvement almost every day, I have some numbness in two of my toes. I also have trouble still going down stairs, but am walking with less and less of a limp every day. I am doing some PT exercises throughout the day and still treating with ice a few times a day - but the numbness troubles me - is this normal progress?

No need to worry about this numbness this will go away as you will adopt the normal gate, and this could take little more time but sure this will be fine no need to take nay medicine for this keep continue physiotherapy and inform the doctor for your numbness so it can be done in this regards too, have nice day.
