Was Recommended Doxycycline Tables With Puresol And Isotretinoin By Dermatologist. Will The Treatment Work?

I was recommended Doxycycline tablets for 10 days along with Puresol by my dermatologist. It did not show much or any improvement and was then recommended to go onto to the Isotritenoin treatment. However, this line of treatment seems severe at the least. Can anyone help me with statistics around this line of treatment?

For this time could you please tell me for what indication you were prescribed this treatment (most probabaly acne). For acne Isotretionoin is the recommended drug but the dose has to be in a safe range as this drug is require lot of caution while on treatment.
