Was Slapped Very Hardly On My Ear. ENT Confirmed T.M. Perforation. It Has Healed But Not Tinnitus. Sleep Disorders. Cure For Symptoms?

Hello , Dr i was slapped like 6 times on my ear continuously with high pressure 2 years back ,next day i went to an ENT specialist he confirmed T.M. perforation and kept me on cetrizine . The perforation has healed but my tinnitus since then has never stopped and disturbs my sleep regularly .I have been to 3 or 4 specialist doctors since then but of no use ,spent a lot too :(
AUdiometry (PTA and impedence) has been done thrice with normal hearing .
alprazolam for insomnia ,cetrizine, vitamin b complex, deltacort & steam inhaltion for 5 days was quite effective with good sleep but temporary , antibiotics for 5 days ,ginkgo biloba ....all have been used but not cured
I'm allergic no other diseases
now one of the Dr is advising for MRI (guess he is suspecting neuroma ??
Is it curable or not ? i can take it please be very honest .

if perforation is healed and there is tinnitus and hearing is normal there might be blockage of eustachian tubes causing this
there are no neuroma chances
there might be post nasal drip of sinuses as you have allergy get xray pns waters view and i think it will comw treat accordingly to clear tubes
if not found can go for other tests
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd
sea water 2 drops at night each nose
valsulva manuover to clear back of throat and eustachian tubes
and add flunarazine 5 ng night
continue 3 week and you will find difference

hi
tinnitus means ringing swishing or other type of noise in ear generally its not a serious problem,so before doing all other investigation try homoepathic medicine like kalimur ,arnica causticum etc but take medicine only after consultation.have a nice day
