I am seeing watery blood (reddish/brownish) when I urinate sometimes for last 36 hours . I do not have periods any more . I have IBD,(Crohn's & Ulcerative Colitis) ,Abdominal pain and cramping on my lower left side, tender tummy all over. I started taking Remeron RD 30MG last week. hi.. you have blood in the urine... get one urine examination done to know whether it is blood in the urine or not... some times red coloured urine could be due to the some tablets also... if it is blood.. then it could be due to internal fistula (common in crohns disease).. see your gastroenterologist for ruling out this.. all the very best
