Weight Loss After Cutting Back On Carb Intake, Work Involves Physical Activity. All Tests Normal. Anything Wrong?

I want to know a answer to this question because I started at 220 pounds in February of this year, and I have cut back quite a bit in food, and I only eat once a day because I work during the Night shifts, and right now I weight 190 pounds, and I cut down my carbs intake by cutting down on rice, and the work I do during the night is physical in nature, and you sweat a lot because I asked my primary doctors to do a complete check-up on me including blood test, and everything is normal, and my primary doctor and even my cardiologist says that I am losing weight normally am i overreacting to this.

eating less calories in the form of cutting carbs & doing physical work will certainly lead to weight loss.this is normal and nothing to worry about.

hi.....
it is quite natural for you to lose weight when you cut down on carbs and hav no sleep. But i would suggest you to take the carbs since your job is physical in nature.
