Hey!! I had gained 18 kg during my second pregnancy ! Now my son is 2 years old and I've been going to a gym since August 2012 and then my weight was 79 kg now it's 74 ! I've been working out like 2 hrs daily and I'm not on a very strict diet but I try to eat healthy , I just think the wieght loss is soo slow! Though I've lost quite a lot in inches and not much at all in kgs!! I don't get it why my weight is reducing less and my inches are going for eg my waist was 36 now it's 32 ! I sometimes get tired of it all!! People get rid of 8 kgs in just 2 months !! Is something wrong with me
There is nothing wrong with you. It is natural for some people to lose weight faster than others. With your waist going down to 32 is a positive sign. You do not need to give up on your schedule and continue to work towards a goal.
You may want to cut down on fats in your diet. Eat less of butter, cheese etc. That will help.
