What Ampoount Of Epsom Salt Mixture Is Considered Safe To Be Taken In A Day?

I have been diagnosed with having multiple gallstones when I did an abdominal ultrasound. Now my MD did not recommend me anything except to avoid fatty foods. I am getting anxious to get rid of the stones and I am seeking a natural way to flush them. And I am continually getting across with use of Epsom salt mixture as a complemet to the flush. My question is, what amount of Epsom salt is considered safe to be taken in a day? The procedure calls for 1 tbsp of Epsom salt mixture to be taken 3 times, two hours apart. ( so 3tbsps in all). Hope to hear your medical advice.

Hi
I read your query very carefully.

The Epsom salt contains magnesium sulphate and you shouldn't take it on a daily base because it is a aproved laxative and has many side effects.

The side effects includes dehydration, gastrointestinal bleeding, arrhythmias ect.

So before starting the treatment please consult your doctor.

Wish you health.
