Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Apthous
Stomatitis that is inflammation inside mouth leading to increased sensitivity of the tongue and it is causing burning and sensitivity to pepper or spices..
It can be due to side effects of medicines, Deficiencies of
Vitamin B12 and iron,
Dry mouth,
acid reflux, Oral infections like Thrush, hormonal imbalances etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can start gargling with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.
Take multivitamins daily..
Avoid spicy and hot food and take
soft diet..
Drink plenty of water and chew sugar free chewing gum..
Such ice and do cold water gargles..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
