Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i am 17 years old and i luv bodybuilding.. i like to have smart muscles and chest and abs too.. i have an average body.. not to skinny neither to big.. i just want to ask that should i use 100% WHEY bodybuilding supplement to increase my body cause i think tht healthy foods or whatever i eat at home are not giving me proper protein and nutrition.. please help.. i m stuck..
It is good to know that you love body building. Usually a body builder requires about 100 to 120 grams of protein a day. There are certain foods which can help you achieve this requirement. For example eggs, chicken breast, soybean etc. I would suggest that you try to stick to natural sources of food for protein. It might take some time but it will give better results.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
