What Are The Causes Of Pain On Skull Behind Ears, Headache And Loss Of Balance While Having Herniated Disc?

I am having pain on my skull behind my ears, headaches, nausea, fatigue, loss of balance, loss of appetite, dizziness and I was recently informed that I have a herniated disc in my neck. Please advise, I do not feel myself and I find it difficult to get a full work out without feeling dizzy.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

you seem to have a positional giddiness and for this you must undergo proper evaluation which includes:
-audiometry evaluation and HRCT temporal bones and full examination with an ENT specialist trained in giddiness. You can get back to me for this
-CT brain and neurology consultation
-CT/MRI neck and ortho consultation

After a proper work up you must also look up to vestibular rehabilitation exercises and do them religiously
all work you do should be slow and steady and you must avoid sudden moments
you must always enter a room which is well lit

Hope this helps

regards

Dr Sriram nathan
