What Are The Chances Of Safe Pregnancy In Females With Dumbbel Shaped Gestational Sac?

My Usg shows an irregular dumbbel shaped gestational sac...m 5-6 weeks pregnant .Bhcg on 1st feb - 2120 and on 3rd feb was 3579...I feel dizzy at times...sleepy too ,heaviness in breasts.. bt no vomitting.i had a history of ectopic .. what are the chances that i m goin to loose this one also... I hv a repeat USG on Mon... What precautions can i take to save this pregnancy? can i do anything...doc tells me take rest!!

hi don't worry not necessarily that all irregular g sac s end up in abortion. you should be on rest. take tab susten 200 mg twice daily and start inj proluton depot 500 mg Im weekly. no coitus . your b hcg rise is normal and all the symptoms you are experiencing are very normal and nothing to worry about . all the best take care.
