What Are The Chances Of Survival In Coma State After No Insulin?
My friend is 21 and a diabetic.He recently passed out from not having enough insulin or something in his system now hes in a coma and hes been in the hospital for less than a week. What are the chances of him wakeing up? we arent allowed to see him. Do you think there is any way his daughter or someone close to him could snap him out of it?

It is possible that his blood sugars were low (hypoglycemia). This can cause a comatose condition if the blood sugars go very low.
It is not a condition that he can be brought out of by any family member unfortunately but it is possible that improvement may occur otherwise.
Family members would be able to speak to his doctors about his condition and get an idea of his prognosis.
