What Are The Conclusions From The Urine Analysis Result?

Good day. I did a urinalysis and the result is as shown below:
Quantity- 20 ml.
Colour - Yellow.
pH 5.0.
Specific Gravity - 1.030.
Albumin - +.
Epithelial Cells - 0-1/hpf.
Pus Cells - 1-2/hpf.
Pls kindly help me with the right interpretation.
I'm a currently seeing a dermatologist who is managing me of what he suspects to be a DLE and currently on drugs prednisone 5mg daily.

Hi,

Your urine analysis shows only an albumin of - + , which I can interpret as trace of albumin. However, I should have the reference range for the lab where you did the testing to determine if it shows trace of albumin.

The rest of urine test is fine.
