Hello. I have three dark red spots on my lower back along my spine. When I googled that description, most of the sites talked about toddlers. I m 15. These spots have been on my back for many months, but less than a year. They don t hurt when pressed down on, and I don t do any physical activities that could cause this. I haven t injured myself, although I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst. Could that have anything to do with the red spots on my spine?
As per your query you have dark spots on the spine which occurs due to hair follicle infection, excessive sun exposure, hormonal changes and when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin.
Need not to worry. You should start with Accutane as it contains isotretinoin and is used to treat severe acne. Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin and drink plenty of water. Apply Betnovate on acne. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. The doctor may prescribe an oral antibiotic course clindamycin. Take diet rich in fruits, green leafy vegetables and salad.
