What Are The Dozes Of 250 Mg And What Are The Side Effects ?

My wife is advised by her doctor to take Primolut depot 250mg inj every other day since 4weeks of pregnancy. Now she is on her 8th week. what time should she stop the medicine? Is there negetive feeback effect on the endogenous synthesis of this hormone if it stops at sudden(with out tappering the dose)? thanks!
