Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. No effect, if her sugar level is within normal range. She can live a normal life.
2. If sugar level is like 400 and always uncontrolled, she can developed numerous organs complications and dysfunctions.
3. There is risk of child being affected with diabetes. It appears to be Type-1 diabetes mellitus and risk is present. At present, control of blood sugar with insulin within normal range can help lead a normal life. If not, too risky.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
