Hi i have a birth defect on my left nipple. It is not perfectly round, shaped like a bean or a small heart. It basically is fissured on one side. I have had some consultations before. The doctors told me the milk ducts are not blocked. If I were to do a surgery to correct it, they will probably get blocked. What are the potential dangers and chances of getting breast infection or cancer if I were to proceed with a surgery? Thank you.
