What Are The Reasons Of Having Episodes Of Racing Pulse And Involuntary Shaking Of Body?

I have been having episode of racing pulse and involuntary shaking of the body, happens in the evening, at rest and normally when I am either sitting or laying down. Doctor has checked hormones, thyroid, sugar, heart monitor and everything is normal. Now doctor is recommending a beta blocker. Any suggestions?

Thank you for asking!
Palpitations with ruled out cardiac conduction defects or any associated co morbidity are very classically treated with low dose beta blockers. They are very right. Do as directed and avoid any non compliance to their orders.
Take care
