you can take tab ovral 1 daily for twenty one days.After stopping at 21 days ,you wait till your period comes.After period,again you start tab.ovral for 21 days & thus go on till you don't want child.
but before starting tablet you should consult gynaecologist to confirm that there is no contraindication to start ovral.
you should also periodically get yourself cheked after starting ovral to know that you are not developing any side effect of the medicine.
