What Are The Side Effects Of Ibuprofen & Tylenol?

my 4 yr old son has had a fever of around 102 for two days, I have been alternating Ibuprofen & Tylenol and his fever has been normal now for the past 5hrs. However for the past 2 days he has complained of a headache, he holds the top of his head and now, just today is complaining that his neck hurts. help???
