I'm 21 years old and I've been practicing masturbation since I was 15. Earlier when I first started it, I was quite regular, but now I'm relatively very considerate. I read a lot about the so called "disadvantages" of masturbation but non of the sources were reliable, so I would like to know what are its disadvantages to me and how would it affect especially that I'm a sports person. I have an exercise schedule that I stick to and I've been taking it seriously for almost a year now; it consists of push-ups, dumbbell works, ab-strengthening exercises and swimming. I do 95 push-ups every alternate day and I stick to breast and back strokes when swimming. I started push-ups when I was 16 but I was never as serious and consistent as I am now.
