However Betaloc is known to cause a number of side effects which include the following: slow heartbeat (e.g., persistent dizziness, fainting, unusual fatigue), difficulty in breathing ( more so if a patient is found to be suffering from bronchial asthma) bluish discoloration of the fingers and toes, numbness/tingling/swelling of the hands or feet, & mood changes.
