Hi,
Welcom to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

There are side effects of every medication and these drugs too have the same issue.
Nexdom is a Non steroid anti inflammatory drug, you must not it regularly, but only when you feel the Migraine episode because migraine is not continous. Sibelium is prophylactic drug used in migraine, you must use it as per the doctors advice because it has relatively less side effects at low doses. Same is the case with divas.

There are serious concerns like, gastric ulcer side effects related to Nexdom. Other side effects you can check individually any where on Web.
You need to take prophylactic drugs for 4-6 months to get properly get rid of from migraine.

Hope the answer to your query, write to us if you feel any further assistance.
Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
