What Are The Side Effects Of Triamterene Tablets?

My wife was diagnosed with hypertension last month and put on triamterene. Today has been a bad day for her and we have been taking her BP with a digital home arm cuff. She has been felling weird all day with pins and needles in her legs along with some cramping as well. She feels flustered and hot to the touch, yet claims to be cold but has no fever. Now has a BP of 158 over 107 and a BPM of 107 while laying in bed...Need help...dont know what to do...hospital? E.R.??
