Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I just started taking Vyvanse two days ago. The doctor who prescribed it did not know about my using Imitrex nasal spray for migraines (an oversight on my part). I had a migraine this evening and took Imitrex. My heart is beating really fast, I feel dizzy, nauseous, and my blood pressure is 160/100 pulse 101. Should I go to the ER or ride it out until the meds. are out of my system and talk to my doctor about it next week?
