What Are The Signs Of Internal Bleeding After Head Injury?

I just started on Xarelto two days ago for atrial fibrillation. I hit my head on my friend s car while getting in and I now have a major bump on my head. Before I started taking Xarelto my doctor warned me not to hit my head because it could lead to internal bleeding. I m assuming that I really would need to REALLY hit my head hard in order to bleed and there would be signs that I am bleeding internally....correct???

Yes generally you would have to be hit pretty hard for a brain hemorrhage to occur. The bump in the head is no indicator because even in case you had a hemorrhage in the brain, since the brain is confined by the skull, there are no superficial signs on the scalp.
If there was a hemorrhage (I definitely don't think it's your case) the signs would be related to brain dysfunction due to compression by blood, like headache, confusion, lethargy, vomiting, weakness on the limbs on one side.
