According to reports there is osteoarthritis(degenerative changes)in both hip joints.Degenerative changes lead to destruction of acetabular labrum.
Due to degenerative changes there is lateral subluxation of left femoral head. Adjacent to this there is also depression formation in anterolateral aspect of left femoral head.
