Many women feel different having sex after childbirth for many reasons. The vaginal opening may have stretched out from the birth, and if you had stitches there can be scarring that can take a very long time to soften. In addition, the hormones from breastfeeding make your vagina more dry and that can make sex more comfortable.
In your case, the problem is also that you have not had sex in a long time. It takes some time to get used to it again.
So in summary I think all the problems you describe are normal after you have a baby. I think with time more of those symptoms will get better.
I hope I answered your question adequately and that my advice was helpful.
Best wishes, Dr. Brown
