I have just received my blood results - all nornal except ALT 80 and AST 57 - I am not much of a drinker and I do not feel sick. I do however take BP medication - Coversyl Plus and a low dose of aspirin daily. Should I be concerned ie hepatitis ?(I have never used drugs)

Hepatitis can occur following viral infection mostly termed as Hepatitis Virus.
You are only having high AST and ALT. Which is not making you a candidate for hepatitis. You have to test yourself for the hepatitis if you are infected by virus your test comes as positive.
