I am in military and am currently deployed. I got treated for uti because i was having constant urination but no burn. and pressure in my stomach and it came back so i went to doctor but this time my urine was clean and i still have symptoms. what could it be?
Urinary infection can present in a variety of ways in different situations
- Mild infection usually show up with burning discomfort, frequency of urination or else. - The moderate infection has more of the above with pelvic or groin pain, body ache, malaise, loss of appetite. - Severe infection show up a high-grade fever, renal angle pain if pyelonephritis, blood in urine, vomiting, low urine output, altered sensorium in septic cases.
There can be UTI in presence of normal urine also, and so doc visit is must to get evaluated precisely.
