What Are The Tender Pimple Like Spots In My My Mons Pubis Area?
Hello. I have found pimple like spots on my mons pubis area. It is tender to the touch around, and hard under if I press like it s blocked. I popped one and a lot more bloody discharge came out than would on a face pimple. Should I see a doctor? WHat s happening?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having folliculitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
