What Are The Tiny Blisters Around Wound Area?

Hi.I had a wound a 2 years ago that was so bad I had to have debridement, use a wound vac and have a skin graft. This all took about 6 months.I have nerve damage but the wound/graft recipient site has appeared fine.As directed by my doctor,I put vitamin e on it every couple days.Today I noticed hundreds of tiny dots around the site where the skin that was never compromised meets the line of the graft.they appear to be very tiny blisters...hard to discribe. They are not white or yellow in appearance.doesn't itch.any thoughts?
