Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding painful bumps behind the earwith feeling of some weight in the ear. Your clinical history is suggesting that most likely you are having wax in ear which have got infected by fungus or there is associated secondary infection of ear canal that had given rise to post aural lymphadenitis. For the treatment you should gently clean your ear preferably after putting some wax softener ear drops and than take- 1- Tab Paracetamol. 2- Ear drop containing antibiotic + anti fungal + Steroids.
