What Are These Bumps On My Elbow Which Appears And Disappears ?
I have bumps on my elbow that come and go I have been told it is psoriasis but also have been told its just dry skin What is it ?

Are those bumps scaly. Bumps which appear and disappear could be associated with allergic disorders. Kindly visit your Dermatologist when the swelling appears and he/she will manage accordingly.

It is not very clear from your description as to what you have.Is the lesions scaly and dry with silver white scales sheding out or do you have any kind of boils or bumps over the elbow.The previous description is of psoriasis and is commonly seen over elbows too.
In psoriasis ,one observes excessive peeling of skin associated with itching,mainly over extensor surface of skin.In psoriasis skin peels off in 5 days time as against 30 days in normal person. It can involve scalp ,nails ,knees ,lower back etc.
There are many treatment options like :
- topical steroids
- moisturizers
- anti histaminincs
- oral methotrexate
- oral cyclosporins
- oral acetretin
- phototherapy (PUVA & NBUVB)
- Biologics- injectable preparations(latest)
Stress and alcohol can aggravate psoriasis.
