Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic forum,
After going through your history i would consider of two probable diagnosis .One would be Acid peptic disease ( gastritis )and the other Transient MI.
To rule out i suggest you to get an ECG and a Upper GI endoscopy and visit your nearest GP who will refer you to the right specialist for the treatment.
