Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
i would suggest you to visit an physiotherapist to get pain relief modalities (SWD and TENS) and start exercises to get your disc back in place or strenghten your back for further damage. you can also opt for dry needling or acupuncture program which has amazing results for same if your neurologist apt will take long time. this modalities will get you some relief till the extent you get an appt.
