What Can Be Done For Menopause With Urinary Leakage As Constant Usage Of Pad Is Resulting Into Vaginal Itch, Anal Itch And Dryness

I am 49 years old, going through menopause. I have urinary leakage, so I wear poise pads. Since wearing the pads for the last year, I am suffering from vaginal itch, anal itch, and dryness. When I stop wearing the pads at home, it gets better, but I have to have protection at work. ??
